FAQs

1. What exactly is Nexodyne?

Nexodyne helps parents teach the thinking skills that matter through short games and challenges you do together. It starts with a 5-minute parent quiz. From your answers we build a personal family report and a 12-week programme: each week a skill for you, short daily games and a family challenge, by email and in your dashboard. The Nexodyne Library has 63 parent-led games and 23 quizzes for you and your child, on paper or on a phone.

3. Is this an app my child uses on their own?

No, and that’s deliberate. Everything is designed to be done with you. You read the card or hold the phone; your child does the thinking. That keeps screen time low and keeps you in the role that matters most: their guide. Children never get an account.

5. How soon will we notice a difference?

Every family is different, so we won’t promise you a number. What we can say is that the plan is made of small daily habits, most of them 5 to 15 minutes long, and you can try the first one on day one.

7. How do you handle my data?

We only collect what you, the parent, tell us: your quiz answers, your first name and your email. We don’t ask for your child’s name, birthday, school or location, and children never create accounts. Your report is written with the help of AI, based only on your answers. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@nexodyne.org. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. What if I can’t stick to it?

That’s normal, and the plan is built for it. Exercises are short, they come one at a time, and you can pick up where you left off. If you get stuck, reply to any of our emails and tell us what’s getting in the way.

2. How does the quiz work?

You answer 15 quick questions about your family’s everyday moments: routines, screens, focus, frustration and how conflicts usually play out. It takes about 5 minutes. We use your answers, your child’s age range and the time you have each day to build your family report and plan. We never ask for your child’s name or anything that identifies them.

4. How is this different from a parenting book?

A book gives everyone the same advice and leaves the rest to you. Nexodyne starts from your answers and gives you one small exercise at a time, with games matched to your child’s age and the minutes you have. Even our own book, Steady, has games in the Library for every chapter. Less reading, more doing together.

6. Do I need a background in psychology or teaching?

No. Every exercise comes with plain-language instructions and, where it helps, the exact words to use. If you can spare 10 minutes and a little patience, you have everything you need.

8. How much does it cost?

Membership is €15 a month, or €120 a year (€10 a month). When you finish the 5-minute assessment you can also choose an intro offer: €0.99 for your first month, then €15 a month, a price we keep for at least 12 months. It is held for 15 minutes after your results and offered once per family. If that time has passed and you have never been a member, you can start with a free first week instead, then €15 a month. Every plan includes your family report, your 12-week programme, your family dashboard and the whole Nexodyne Library. Our book is free for every family. Cancel any time before your next payment; we always email you before a €0.99 first month or a free week ends, and before every yearly renewal.

10. Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If Nexodyne isn’t right for your family, contact us within 30 days of your first full payment (€15, or €120 on Yearly). We’ll refund everything you’ve paid so far, no questions asked. On the intro offer, that’s your €0.99 and your first €15. Later renewals aren’t refunded unless the law requires it, but you can cancel at any time before the next payment.
